Refund Policy

Welcome to Pahun Holidays! We’re committed to providing meaningful and well-planned travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, so here's our policy on cancellations and refunds.
1. General Policy
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms below. Bookings made through Pahun Holidays, operated by Pahun Tourism Solutions, are subject to cancellation and refund rules set by our company as well as our travel partners.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Up to 30 days before departure: 80% refund (after deducting non-refundable charges)
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
b. Force Majeure or Natural Events
If your trip is disrupted due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic lockdowns, political unrest), we will make every effort to reschedule your trip or offer partial credit/refund based on vendor policies.
3. Non-Refundable Components
- Flight/train bookings once ticketed
- Visa processing and documentation fees
- Add-on services like insurance or third-party experiences
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.).
- EMI-based bookings will be adjusted based on full trip value.
5. Special Cases
Customised group tours, retreats, or influencer-led trips may have separate cancellation terms, shared at the time of booking.
6. Changes or Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
